We are looking for an experienced manager and wine professional to lead our dinner service team. The role will be focussed primarily in the evenings, however some day shifts are available if wanted.

The right person will be responsible for managing the winelist, including tastings and wine buying, therefore a developed interest and passion for wines is important.

Requirements:
- Proven professional wine interest (either through WSET or experience in professional setting)
- Restaurant leadership management experience or extensive service experience
- Communicative

We are looking for a part time service team member who is interested and knowledgeable in wine. We can offer shifts on on a part time basis.

The right candidate for this position will enjoy working in a restaurant environement as a waiter, and will use their passion for wine to help our guests find the right wine for them.

Working closely with the Front of House manager, this person will also be able to influence the winelist of the restaurant and can be involved in buying tastings if they would like to be.
